Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga postures with modern suspension techniques using hammocks. This low-impact, high-efficiency workout helps decompress the spine, improve flexibility, and build deep core strength—while making yoga playful and freeing.

8 Sessions – ₹4000 (valid for 1 month)

12 Sessions – ₹6000 (valid for 1 month)
Sessions must be completed within the same month. No carry forward.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Timings:
  • 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
  • 6:15 PM – 7:00 PM
